Aware of the privilege of living and working in the Principality of Monaco, it seemed obvious to us to honor our local specialities, starting with the inescapable "Stokfish à la Monégasque",secular heritage during exchanges with the Vikings against citrus fruits...
Our cuisine is imbued with our roots, proud of its identity but aboard our nacelle, heading for Japan, Taiwan or Malaysia, distant horizons that have significantly influenced our vision of taste and our culinary approach.

A superb proposal of dishes and flavors! An excellent meal, from starter to dessert. This restaurant is a very nice discovery ! We will return there without hesitation to our next stay in Monaco. I recommend it to you with eyes closed!
